How long does it takes to ship my order?
We will try and dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally and shall look into providing this service in time to come.
Where is my parcel? Where is my tracking number?
All orders will be mailed out by standard mail or SingPost Smartpac, a postage-paid delivery with tracking. Package sent via SingPost Smartpac will be delivered to the letterbox.
You can select the preferred shipping method when checking out your cart.
Additional shipping fees may apply for bulky / heavy weight items.
Will I be notified once my order is shipped?
An email notification will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
If you have opted for SingPost Smartpac or registered mail, a tracking number will be included in the email notification.
What if my item is lost in-transit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to be responsible for items that were sent out by standard mail.
